Breakfast:
I was sooo hungry by the time I ate! But had some really yummy oatmeal to have.

*1/4 c. steel cut oats
*2 tlbsp. frozen raspberries
*1 tlbsp. flax seeds
*1 mashed banana
*1 scoop all natural whey protein
I will post more on the rest of my day later! Heading home and some errands
Usually the food you post looks delicious, but that oatmeal looks disgusting. lol.
