Work-out:
*50 mins on the elliptical - level 7 Aerobic Work-out (sweat-and-heat-rate-raising-tastic!)
*Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred
*50 extra bicycle crunches (ouch!)
Breakfast:
When I have a bigger dinner out the night before, I tend to crave oatmeal the next morning, so that is exactly what I made!
*1/4 c. quick cooking steel cut oats
*1 mashed banana
*2 tlbsp. frozen raspberries
*1 tlbsp. ground flax seed
*1 tlbsp. raw slivered almonds
It was delicious, a tad sweet, and super filling after an intense work-out. A definite repeat mixture
Off to spend the rest of the day getting ready for the week!
