What a rough and long day! Things at work were just plain old tough. I am so ready for this economy to turn around and pick up! Enough about that, let's talk about my work-out and eating today!

Work-out:
*50 mins on weighloss on treadmill at 4.2
*Level 1 30 Day Shredd
*50 additional bicycle crunches

Breakfast:
I was sooo hungry by the time I ate! But had some really yummy oatmeal to have.

*1/4 c. steel cut oats
*2 tlbsp. frozen raspberries
*1 tlbsp. flax seeds
*1 mashed banana
*1 scoop all natural whey protein

I will post more on the rest of my day later! Heading home and some errands
