Lunch:

*Salad
*Organic Spring Mix, 1/4 red pepper, 4 oz. chicken breast, 1/2 c. broccoli slaw, and a few broccoli florets with some balsamic vinaigrette
*1 orange
I opted not to eat my veggies and hummus pictured. I had one piece of celery with a touch of hummus and decided it wasn't what I wanted. Instead, I opted for a cookie. I realize I have been trying to avoid sugar during Lent, but today I caved. I needed a little sugar for the afternoon. It was totally worth every stinking calorie though!

Off to finish my work for the day and then home for another yummy dinner!
